Fall Salted Maple Espresso Martini: 5-Min Best Autumn Cocktail

  • Author: SALY
  • Total Time: 5 minutes
  • Yield: 1 serving 1x

Description

A rich, caffeinated, and cozy autumn cocktail featuring vanilla vodka, strong brewed coffee, real maple syrup, and a pinch of sea salt, finished with a cinnamon sugar rim.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 ounces vanilla vodka
  • 1 ounce strong brewed coffee (espresso or cold brew, cooled)
  • 0.5 ounce real maple syrup (Grade B or dark amber)
  • A pinch of sea salt
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Ice
  • Lemon or orange wedge (for rimming)
  • 3 coffee beans (optional garnish)

Instructions

  1. Brew a shot of espresso or strong coffee and let it cool to room temperature.
  2. Mix the granulated sugar and ground cinnamon on a flat plate.
  3. Run a lemon wedge around the rim of a martini glass and dip it into the cinnamon sugar mixture to create a rim.
  4. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
  5. Add the vanilla vodka, cooled coffee, maple syrup, and a pinch of sea salt to the shaker.
  6. Seal the shaker tightly and shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds until the shaker is cold to the touch.
  7. Strain the mixture into the prepared glass.
  8. Garnish with three coffee beans on top of the foam.
  9. Serve immediately.

Notes

Use real maple syrup, not pancake syrup, for authentic flavor. Shake vigorously to create the signature frothy head. Serve immediately as the foam dissipates quickly. For a batch, pre-mix vodka, coffee, and syrup in the fridge for up to a week, but shake with ice and rim glasses just before serving.
